Our beer is inspired by nature and tradition to bring you experimental and fresh flagships, seasonals, and special release craft beer in our taproom and through our select draft accounts.
We brewed our first batches of beer three years ago in a brewery made up of old dairy tanks and so many pieces only an engineer could figure it out. Today we're bootstrapping our new build out, equipment, and taproom. Check back often to find out what we have out there and where to find it.
Dutch 4.7% Kettle Soured Table Beer
Light and easy drinking, this kettle soured farmhouse table beer is meant to be enjoyed en masse, amongst friendsand food. A tropical and lemony nose gives way to an upfront tartness, and ends with an earthy, hoppy bite and clean finish. Columbus and Saaz hops. Flagship.
Cassidy 5.3% Sour Blonde Ale
A Sour Blonde Ale barrel aged for 9 months with a blended culture. Tart with oak and vanilla citrus aroma, reminiscent of apricot and tangerines that gives way to a musky, white grape undertone with a dry, clean finish. Flagship.
Fearless Squirrel 4.8% English Nut Brown
An American take on an English Nut Brown, brewed with oats and Willamette hops. A fall seasonal.
Olmec 8.9% Imperial Porter
An Imperial Porter with deep caramel, vanilla, and toffee notes that has herbal Willamette and Columbus hops, finished with organic cacao nibs. A winter seasonal.
