Our beer is inspired by nature and tradition to bring you experimental and fresh flagships, seasonals, and special release craft beer in our taproom and through our select draft accounts.
We brewed our first batches of beer three years ago in a brewery made up of old dairy tanks and so many pieces only an engineer could figure it out. Today we're bootstrapping our new build out, equipment, and taproom. Check back often to find out what we have out there and where to find it.
Cassidy 5.3% (Limited Batch)
A Sour Blonde Ale barrel aged for 6 months with a blended culture. Tart with oak and vanilla citrus aroma, reminiscent of apricot and tangerines that gives way to a musky, white grape undertone and a dry, clean finish.
Fearless Squirrel 4.8% (Flagship)
An American take on an English Nut Brown, brewed with oats and Willamette hops.
Olmec 8.9% (Winter Seasonal)
An Imperial Porter with deep caramel, vanilla, and toffee notes that has herbal Willamette and Columbus hops, finished with organic cacao nibs.
